Leonardo why is it incredibly helpful! I brought a group of about 20 and he went over and above to help us secure reservations, transportation. when I had issues with things that I booked separate from him, he was able to step in and fix things and get me on track. Very thankful for his help. He will be my first call when I plan another trip

We went cave tubing and toured Altun Ha with Leonardo and it was fantastic! He was a great guide and the trip was perfect. We were well cared for, he was professional, kind, and very knowledgeable about the area. I would highly recommend using his services when you visit.

Wow! What a fantastic day! Leonardo Diaz went above and beyond to make our visit to the mainland memorable and filled with amazing information. He met us promptly at the boat dock and his professionalism carried on through the day. During our air-conditioned ride to Altun Ha, Leonardo asked us questions about what we wanted to see and learn about Altun Ha. Once we arrived our visit was like an interactive history lesson! Our visit to the ruins was even more special due to the fact that Leonardo’s timing is impeccable. He knew when there would be a lull between tour buses, which meant we had the place to ourselves. Priceless! On our way to cave tubing we stopped for a wonderful authentic Belizean lunch at a local establishment. Leonardo made sure we were well-prepared for cave tubing and expertly guided us through the caves with fantastic stories of the unique history there. We thoroughly enjoyed our tour and talking with Leonardo. We all learned so much about Belizean and Mayan culture. We highly recommend requesting Leonardo for your next Belizean tour (and his English is excellent)!

Leonardo is a top level guide in every way, and we couldn’t be happier. I only wish we had also booked the ruins tour through him, as the sites may be the same but the experience is vastly different when going through it with someone who cares so much about people and sharing his beautiful country with visitors.
We had an amazing full day of zip lining through Jaguar Paw and floating along Cave Branch and into the caves privately. Leonardo scheduled it to avoid the crowds so that the entire excursion was serene and quiet. He pointed out small wildlife and even told us a story relating to the legend of certain cave formations. We turned off our lights and felt the darkness and quiet in the large chamber, and ran our hands through the short cave waterfall. Leonardo was very safe with COVID practices, wearing a mask throughout the drives and providing sanitizer before and after each excursion. All of the driving between points was like an additional tour, way beyond what we would have known by renting a car or staying with the public busses. Leonardo was exactly on time for all 3 points of pick up at our accommodations, and so kind and easy to spend time with that we left having made a good friend. Don’t hesitate to book him!
